Reservations and Refund Policy

Reservation Policy

50% of the total rental or charter fees are due at time of booking.  No reservations are confirmed until a deposit is received. The balance will be due 7 days prior to the start of the rental or charter. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance require full payment at time of booking.

Cancellations
If cancellation occurs more than 60 days in advance, then tall deposits shall be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will forfeit 50% (fifty percent) of the rental or charter fees.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is only allowed if the reservation is modified more than 30 days in advance. Rescheduling will incur a $100.00 service charge or 10% of the total rental or charter fees, whichever greater. Rescheduling less than 30 days in advance is not allowed.

Weather
We take the safety of our passengers, captains, and boats seriously. We will never endanger anyone’s safety and will always make prudent decisions when we are experiencing dangerous weather conditions. We will allow cancellations without penalty if the temperatures are predicted to be below 45 degrees, if the winds are predicted to be more than 20 knots sustained, or a small craft advisory is in effect.  Rentals and charters will be cancelled and refunded or rescheduled without penalty if it is lightning/thundering/heavily raining at the time of the rental or charter. Reservations are upheld if it is cloudy or drizzling. Ultimately, we reserve the right to determine if the conditions are unsafe, and can cancel a course, charter, or rental at any time before or during if we deem that conditions are unsafe.

Service Animals
Documented service animals shall be allowed on the vessel in accordance with Federal and State of SC ADA laws.  No pets are permitted on any vessel.
